At Encore Creative, the creative process begins with a detailed discussion to outline event stage/set needs and expectations. Our passion is producing
truly custom, one-of-a-kind events that showcase the collective
creativity of our clients and our design/sales teams.
From the onset, we identify each client’s needs
and wants for the
meeting stage/set, themed party, special corporate event or casual
hospitality environment. Having the knowledge and resources to both
conceptualize and create under one roof transcends traditional
production companies, prop houses, designers and re-sellers.
Each client is assigned a creative team comprised of art directors, lighting professionals, expert seamstresses, carpenters, electricians, welders, metal workers and sign makers. Clients are presented with a series of basic set/staging ideas, which are increasingly more detailed through the process until a final design is identified. Inspired by challenge, our team of experts have the skills, experience and resources to conceptualize visions and create event sets that bring our clients’ dream meetings and events to life.
The best part is that not only can we conceptualize
and design the ideas for you event we have the ability to fabricate all
the necessary elements in our 50,000 square foot warehouse and
production center.
With a final set/stage design confirmed and a production plan in place, our design professionals begin the fabrication process. Our experience in a wide range of professional set design environments including theater, museum and retail settings, provide the skills necessary to bring virtually any meeting, themed party or special event to life.
