I am so pleased with the decision to hire Encore Creative for my rentals, decor, and flowers. From the first meeting I knew that they were in it to win it and make sure my wedding was amazing. Because of the volume and types of events they do, they have every piece of decor you could ever want and more. And if they don't have it, they will make it or get it! Encore is not the cheapest rental company, and probably not the most expensive either, but they are definitely the best at what they do. I gave them a 5 for value because while the rentals are probably towards the high end of average for cost, you are really getting so much more then just a rental company Stef and Jennifer both acted not only as my sales rep, but as my wedding planner, event designer, MIL mediator, and sometimes even friend ( in the most professional sense of course ;) ).
I do not like flowers - lets not get into it but I just don't see the sense in spending tons of money on something that you enjoy for 5 hours and then dies. Despite that fact Encore helped me design a table scape that was amazing and exactly what I was looking for! They also broke some sort of law of physics by hanging a chandelier in the ceremony space, which had an open roof! The few flowers I did have, I have to admit were amazing! My bouquet was beautiful and unique, and they did an awesome job with my unusual request of clutch purse "bouquets" for my bridesmaids.
Working with Encore was definitely a 5 star experience - I will recommend them to anyone and everyone that will listen. The bummer about weddings is that you meet and work with amazing people, and then its all over and you don't really talk again... when you work with great people like this that is the only downside. *sniff sniff* I hate goodbyes.

This morning, I had the opportunity to interview Mr. Jeff Lowy and Ms. Jennifer Hoffman for a class project regarding event production. The minute I walked into the Encore Creative offices, I felt welcome. All of the staff at Encore Creative are so friendly and down to earth. I really enjoyed the time I spent there today. Jeff and Jennifer provided me with wonderful information about what it takes to plan, create, and execute amazing events. I was also given a tour of the warehouse and showroom, which was fantastic. I highly recommend Encore Creative as the go to “one stop shop” for making incredible memories and producing unforgettable events.

I must tell you that the event was AMAZING. It honestly took my breath away and I don't say that lightly. I absolutely loved working with Andy--what a great addition to your team. I am not going to lie...the Flash Mob was my absolute favorite part of the night and did not want it to end!! They were phenomenal.
Yes, looks like Encore will have the opportunity to bid on some upcoming programs for Marsh which I too am excited about.

Rendez-Zoo was an absolutely magical evening! Honestly, we have received nothing but compliments so far...and EVERYONE has said, "From the moment we arrived, we were transported. The Zoo looked BEAUTIFUL!" The impact of the bridge alone was breathtaking and really set the tone. I cannot thank you enough for your creative vision, and your generous donation -- without which we couldn't make that happen.
I was so proud of the event, thanks to your efforts. Christina Reuss was absolutely amazed by the transformation, and thrilled to have been the one to introduce you to the Zoo.
Thank you so much for supporting the Zoo. Your donation of decor, directly contributed to our generous guests' good feelings (which translated into a live auction that outperformed our expectations!) -- despite problems resulting from the construction delays. Your team handled the last minute revisions that those delays caused with amazing flexibility and creativity.

Seriously, what a fabulous group you are. This was a roller coaster (as you well know :) and you rolled with every bump. Thank you all, for your part in making this program a huge success. We enjoyed working with each of you. Your creativity and execution made it a pleasure to collaborate. The crew could not have been more accommodating. Every person there seemed truly invested and we appreciate what it takes to create a team like that.

The red carpet walk was a total surprise to most guests (approx. 200). They loved feeling special and posing for pictures on the Red Carpet. One young camper walked off the carpet, looked at me and said “I feel so special tonight. Thanks for letting me come.” His mother could not stop smiling.
Producers James Keach and Trevor Arnold were more than pleased and commented on the professional, fun evening and the large turnout. They are already talking about our Annual Affair and who they will be bringing with them. Your assistance at this event helped set the stage (no pun intended) for the Annual Affair.

What a Beautiful Weekend – The Wedding, Cocktail reception and Reception could not have been more beautiful!!! You have all been so great to work with! Everything was perfect!!!! I will miss our weekly and daily communications!! I have found new friends!! Kirke and I really appreciate all that you and your staff did to make this such a beautiful day for our daughter and “New” son in law!! The memories will last us a lifetime!

I want to thank you for the incredible work that you and your team did to make our wedding absolutely wonderful. The table settings were beautiful—the plum accents added so much. The band was incredible—I am so glad it worked out that way. The floral arrangements exceeded any expectations that I had. The church arrangements were stunning—I found myself admiring them during the mass, and the table arrangements were spectacular—I commented so many times over the past week on how beautiful they were. Our flowers were the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen at a wedding. You made our wedding so memorable in so many ways—thank you so much!!!

Hello all,
Thank you very, very much for making last night a “wow!” for the Travel Classics Media Welcome Dinner at the East Pool.
The setting was absolutely stunning with exquisite linens, fantastic food stations, perfect music, fire in the pool and the big screen! The bubble girl was an incredible hit (along with the matching dessert)! We truly set the bar high as the best Travel Classics opening night dinner! Along with the members of the media, we also had several friends from the tourism industry, so our property really was shining bright!
I know it was logistically tough to serve a plated dinner out at the pool, so my sincere thanks for all of your efforts to make it special.

We had the pleasure of working with Encore for a wedding in April. Stefanie was our point person and she was great with customer service! The team that was at the venue day-of was AMAZING. Encore provided us with the help we needed to make our venue warm and welcoming. They handled everything from the basic tent structure to providing us with very useful ideas regarding decorations, lighting, etc. They also have a wonderful floral department [staff] who outdid themselves. We only have one daughter so this was our only opportunity to plan a wedding, and it truly turned out to be a great evening, helped in no small part by Encore.
