Phoenix Gay Pride Parade Float
Another amazing piece of work by the Encore Creative Build Shop! As you can see above, we transformed a plain, ordinary flat-bed trailer into a rolling night club for the Phoenix Gay Pride Parade. What’s a night club without a boomin’ stereo system powered by a DJ booth, dance floor, dance pedestals and a cage (!) for go-go dancers? This float had it all, including a dance floor and giant cocktail glasses overflowing with dry-ice fog!
Our build shop has no limits, knows no bounds. Contact us today to see what they can do for you!

Scottsdale Leadership Celebrates 25 Years
Scottsdale Leadership, whose primary focus is its nine-month interactive, community leadership Core Program, is celebrating their 25th Anniversary.
The celebration featured keynote speaker, retired NFL quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals, Kurt Warner and was held at the Hyatt Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale. For 25 years Scottsdale Leadership has been developing community leaders through it’s Core Program.
The program spans 9 months and is designed to give participants the knowledge, connections, skills and confidence to take on a leadership role in the community.
Encore Creative has been a part of Scottsdale Leadership for almost 2 years as our co-owner Stefanie Lerner is a graduate of Class 23 and a Board Member.
We sponsored the 25th Anniversary event by providing decor items, custom centerpieces, a red carpet entrance and over-sized checks.

Meet Our Team: Dustin Guidry Co-Lead Floral Director
We proudly welcome Dustin Guidry to our team as our co-floral director. Dustin has a true passion for everything floral related! He is an immense talent and we are delighted to have him!
Dustin Wallace Guidry Co-Lead Floral Director, Encore Creative
I grew up in the floral industry in New Orleans,LA and decided to pursue my love of flowers and design by moving to Los Angeles, CA at the age of nineteen. I landed an amazing job in Beverly Hills working for a boutique style florist which served many high profile clients as well as television and movie sets. Having this experience at such an early age lent to my drive and passion for all things beautiful. I returned home (Louisiana) a few years later to share my new found knowledge and experiences which is were I remained up until February 2011, deciding to spread my wings once again to see what would flourish here in the desert.
My true passion is simple, FLOWERS.
I am most excited about an event we have coming up in May at Miraval. The florals will only lend to the immense beauty of the property; we are planning to create amazing succulent chandeliers which have been a brain child of mine for a while and to see them become reality will truly be unbelievable.
I really enjoy reading, my favorite author is Chuck Palahniuk. I also like to travel in order to gain inspiration for my work, no matter where you go nature surrounds you so I constantly find myself studying the landscape of my surroundings.

The Venue of Scottsdale transformed into Animal House

Toilet paper? Check. Beer can tower? Check. Beer pong cups? Check!
It is not very often that we get to produce an event in the Phoenix area where we are asked to make a venue look like it was post-party. How could we possibly turn that down?
The main courtyard at the Venue of Scottsdale was transformed this weekend into the “after party” zone. Toilet paper was strewn from side-to-side, empty cups were overturned; the place was a mess! In other areas of the event, we were able to showcase some of our newer pieces, like the Truss Highboys.
This college-themed event was great fun, both for us and the client! Check out more of the photos below.
