We’re back with our “Meet Our Team” series. Reagan Kappas has worked at Encore Creative for 7 years and is a valuable asset! Here’s a little more information to help you get to know Reagan!
Name and title at Encore:
Reagan Kappas – Sales Manager
Describe what you do here at Encore
I work with clients to develop unique and specific decor and entertainment proposals for their events. For example, they will call/email me with a request for anywhere from 1 event to many events for a group coming to town and we will then narrow down what they want and then I creatively present back to them the things we discussed.
What event are you currently working on that is most interesting or exciting?
I am working on a large gala in March where we will be using a large combination of metallic elements in the room such as metal columns, metallic fabric, centerpiece containers in assorted metals, etc.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
The favorite part of my job is having the opportunity to be creative on a proposal and develop new theme ideas and decor/entertainment concepts. I equally enjoy the interaction with clients and creating events that meet and exceed their expectations!
What do you do in your spare time for fun?
I enjoy hanging out with my new dog, I play soccer in a league, am a huge movie buff with my husband and cannot deny a love for shopping.
