A Wedding To Remember: Congratulations Reagan & Jarrod!

By Susie Timm, Staff Writer, Encore Creative

It gives us great joy to plan and execute a stunning event! It’s even more exciting when the event is to celebrate a monumental occasion for one of our own.

Reagan Richards (now Kappas) married her love Jarrod back in November and we had the distinct privilege of planning and executing her dream wedding.

Below is a short gallery of some of the most beautiful elements of this custom-designed affair, courtesy of Muse Photography!

We have higher resolution versions available for email purposes if you see something you can’t live without.

Camping at The Biltmore

The Arizona Biltmore is an Arizona landmark typically called majestic or historical. But rustic?

We were called to recreate a summer camp type atmosphere in one of the Biltmore’s ballrooms. We created an atmosphere brimming with tents, pine trees and even a campfire!

Camp site with Fire

Our carpentry shop worked their magic on a custom sign for the bar that we built and set up in the middle of the room.

Watering Hole

We completed the transformation with a camp-style entrance to the room and dozens of pine trees.

We added sparkling ‘stars’ hanging from the ceiling and a pump-action BB gun to ward off any stray bears. The room was complete!

Custom event production. It’s what we do.

If you can imagine it, we can create it. Contact us anytime to get started!

Camp Soaring Eagle’s Annual Affair

We Play - We Laugh - We Care

On November 13th, 2010, Camp Soaring Eagle, dedicated to providing special experiences to children with fatal or life threatening diseases, held their “Annual Affair.”

Hosted by Jane Seymour at the JW Marriot in North Phoenix. The day kicked off with a golf tournament at the Wildfire Golf Club and ended with an elegant country affair in the Grand Sonoran Ballroom.

For the golf tournament we created a custom, colorful circus top for the officials golf cart.

Tented Cart

We also applied our custom touches to the indoor festivities.

We created the exact environment they were looking for, turning half of the ballroom into an elegant fair midway complete with games, including a High Striker, jugglers and other entertainers. The event also featured 3 stages for live entertainment!

Man in a Table

Currently there are over 350,000 children in the southwest living with fatal or life threatening diseases. Camp Soaring Eagle provides a special experiences where these children can play like kids again in a medically safe environment surrounded by the awe inspiring red rocks of Sedona.

Children from Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah will experience the healing power of laughter completely free of charge in beautiful Sedona.

Below are some photos to recap the event!
