Scottsdale Fashion Week Finale at Fashion Square
Scottsdale Fashion Square, one of the most profitable malls in the country and the largest in Arizona, was this years home to Scottsdale Fashion Week November 4-6. And the perfect venue to host the event.
Thursday was Community Night and the official kick-off event for the weekend, and we were there to transform the mall space into a fashion show venue!
Tasked with creating a venue within a venue, we hung custom drape to enclose to room and provided LED lighting to bring out the texture of the drape and add ambiance to the space. Since a fashion show is incomplete without runway lighting, we took care of that too! Finally, we added linens to the highboy tables to finish the look, and even displayed the sponsors logo on the drape for all to see.

Scottsdale Fashion Week at the Hotel Valley Ho
Valley Vintage Experience at The Hotel Valley Ho
Kicking off Scottsdale Fashion Week was the Valley Vintage Experience at The Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale. Modeled after fashion shows from the late 1950s, the Valley Vintage fashion show will showcase “a day in a life” of elegant women from the era, albeit updated.
Encore was called to provide custom florals for the event and we did with spades! Our Floral Department made use of Garden Roses specally designed with a vintage color palette that perfectly matched the theme for the event.

Halloween at Maricopa Elementary School
More Halloween decorations that we provided within the community. This time at Maricopa Elementary School.
This photo is of an area that we used for a photo booth and the kids got to make and decorate frames for them. We also put harvest d?cor vignettes on the stage for the 4th grade class choir performance. 2nd grade used the spooky, Halloween stuff to create the Haunted Hallway, and the other grades used pieces and parts to enhance their hallways as well. We probably had 500-600 parents and children come through the school that night!
Glad we could help. Go Diamondbacks!
